Refund policy
Article 1 : General Provisions
The return and refund policy applies to all purchases made on our website our website. It sets out the terms and conditions under which the Buyer may return a Product and obtain a refund.
Article 2 : Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason or incur penalties, except for potential return shipping costs. After this fourteen (14) days period, the sale is considered final and binding.
The Buyer must notify their decision to withdraw to Customer Service at the following address : customer@audrayhodge.com, before the expiration of the fourteen (14) days withdrawal period. This request must be unambiguous, and the Buyer must clearly express their intention to withdraw.
Simply returning the Products or refusing delivery without prior notification of the withdrawal decision or without following the indicated procedure is not sufficient to express the Buyer's intent to withdraw.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of Products, except for the following :
- Customized or personnalized Products.
- Products unsealed by the Buyer after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
The Buyer must retain proof of the return. The Buyer is responsible for returning the Products to AUDRAY HODGE and must cover the associated return costs.
Article 3 : Return conditions
To initiate a Product return, the Buyer must first create a customer account on our website.
The Buyer agrees to return the Products :
- Eligible for the right of withdrawal.
- In their original packaging and condition.
- In perfect original condition, with no anomalies (such as dirt, damage, or deterioration).
- Complete and accompanied by any included documentation (e.g., the product packaging, storage pouch).
- Unused.
- Unworn.
- Unwashed.
- Unsealed.
- Along with the corresponding return form.
Upon receipt, AUDRAY HODGE will verify if the returned product meets the above conditions.
If the conditions are not met, the returned Product will not be refunded and may be sent back to the Buyer upon request, provided the Buyer covers the shipping costs.
A size guide will be made available on the website.
It is the Buyer's responsability to check their measurements to select the correct size.
AUDRAY HODGE does not offer an exchange service. Returned Products cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged. The Buyer must place a new order and then submit a return request to receive a refund.
All refunds will exclude shipping costs.
If the return is approved by AUDRAY HODGE, the company will refund the Buyer the price of the returned product :
- No late than fourteen (14) days from the date it is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw, provided the Product is received within this timeframe.
- Using the same payment method as was used for the order.
If the Buyer selects a delivery method more expensive than the standard shipping option offered, the additional costs will not be reimbursed.
If the Buyer chooses to return only part of the ordered products, the initial shipping costs will not be refundes, as these are fixed fees and do not depend on the number of products ordered.
AUDRAY HODGE recommends that Buyers insure their return shipment, as they are required to take reasonable care of the Products and will be held responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. AUDRAY HODGE also recommends using a secure and trackable shipping method for returns and keeping proof of shipment in case of dispute.
Article 4 : Return Procedure
To take a return, please follow these steps :
1. Contact our Customer Service :
Inform us of your intention to return one or more items, specifying your order number.
2. Prepare the package :
Carefully pack the items to be returned in their original packaging.
3. Send the package :
Ship the package to the following address : AUDRAY HODGE, 10 Place Vendôme, 75001 - Paris.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. AUDRAY HODGE recommends using a tracked shipping service.

Our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Article 5 : Refund
Once your return is received and verified, we will process the refund for the returned Products within fourteen (14) business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order. Initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Article 6 : Exceptions
AUDRAY HODGE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the return policy. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will be sent back to the original delivery address.
A customer satisfaction survey will be sent by email after each order is received. A contact email address for any issues will be provided on the website.
All claims will be addressed within 48 hours.
Article 7 : Miscellaneous provisions
This return and refund policy may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of your order.
